The team was awesome, efficient and prompt! Moving in the middle of August in Texas is not easy and my husband and I were both incredibly grateful to have the 3 men that spent the morning and afternoon moving us into our new home. All of our furniture was well taken care of and there was NO damage on any item. We have some pieces from my husbands late grandparents and we were both very worried about those but they were handled with the upmost care!

The 2 helpers were great but the main guy was cranky when he walked in. They forgot multiple items at old location after I did walk through and pointed out stuff to take. (Let me add. They were at new house 35 mins later since we were only 1.4 miles away from eachother)I left to go to new house to meet spectrum and left my 19 year old daughter to lock up. He apparently was mad she was there and questioned me about this. I purchased bbq sandwiches and drinks for all 3 guys. The helpers said thanks and ate. The main guy never said a word.

Delicate Moving was amazing. Teh movers were friendly. The services provided were explained thoroughly. They communicated promptly and met all of our needs. I called several places to prepare for our move. They were the best value for the cost by far. I would highly recommend them if you are in the DFW area. Hopefully, we never have to move again. If we do, I am calling Delicate!

I asked them to please take care of my many dining room set. They Put a large table right on top of it in storage! Cannot get to it to see how much damage there is ....No pads or anything- just word on wood! The table is an antique and worth a lot of money- not to mention the artistic and family value to this set of furniture! Very disappointed! The crew did work efficiently and timely. But, not carefully to valuable furniture. I dread to see if there is any damage to my antique piano in the back of the storage cubicle! I certainly will not use them to move my belongings to my new home. I will make sure I find people that specialize in care moving of antique pianos and furniture.

We had a short project: moving stuff out of garage to the street, moving a piano and some furniture in and out of the garage. The crew showed up on time and did a great job in all. Very careful. Would recommend.

Delicate moving was hired to move 13 pieces of fo furniture. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT THEY SUBBED OUT THE JOB. ANOTHER COMPANY ARRIVED (IN AN UNMARKED TRUCK) AND THEY WERE ANYTHING BUT DELICATE. The sub contractor arrived late and did not have adequate supplies. They used 2 rolls of my moving tape, banged up all of my furniture and scratched a newly installed floor. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still furious. I hired based on the reviews of Delicate Moving, but they sent another company whose reviews I did not get to see prior to my move. This practice should get Delicate banned from Home Advisor.

"First of all my apologies that we were unable to do the job. We contacted Jackie and informed her that we were having some issues that were going to prevent us from getting to her move as scheduled. Rather than just canceling on her we tried to do what we thought was the right thing and gave her the option of giving her information to another moving company that we had a relationship with. She agreed and so we reached out to Bobby, the owner of The Move Place. He said that he could have a crew do the move for the same rate as we had offered her. He contacted Jackie and then sent his crew to do her move. I definitely understand her frustration if there were issues with the movers. We thought we doing the right thing by offering to get her another moving company since we had some unforeseen challenges with getting to her move as promised. I would recommend that she reach out to The Move Place and file a complaint and report any damages that occurred. I have informed Bobby of this issue and requested that he contact Jackie."

We arranged a move with this company in July at the height of the moving season. They were supposed to show up between 10 and 11. They showed up but cancelled the move because it was sprinkling (and the rain quit an hour later). We were left high and dry with new owners moving in 2 days later. They said they could not reschedule the move until the following week. Luckily our neighbors connected us with All My Sons and they moved us the next day.
