David Griffin & Co Realtors

Dori Warner was our realtor through David Griffin. She was often late, rarely return emails or phone calls, and occasionally a text. She sends websites of houses and waits for the client to do all the work.

Also, he had another realtor, Tommy Hill, who worked together with Dori Warner to drum up business for Tommy Hill's contracting company, a business on the side. He flipped a house and sold it through David Griffin. When I contacted him about how bad the work was at our house he, David, told me he was unaware that Tommy Hill had flipped a house and sold it through his company. He doesn't keep track of his realtors and says they're contract workers and not employees. He took no responsibility.

So far, so good.

The agent who sold the house was Lory Ericson. She did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. She has a great attention to detail.

The real estate agent that I dealt with, her name is Lori Ericsson. She is a very attentive real estate agent. She just goes an extra mile. She does things that I do not see typical restate agents doing. She works with the financing. She gave me a hand to move one day, which was impressive. She didn't have to do that, but she came over, and actually helped me with the move. She always answers my call. She is always responsive. She is a great real estate agent.
