Lack of transparency in pricing. Inflated materials cost. Poor documentation, manipulated insurance scheme

Our entire experience with DASH was a nightmare. I wish the website allowed for the entire review. Sadly it's too long. They have the worst communication, the worst time management, and the worst subcontractors. Job that should have took 2 months max took 6 months. Truly terrible and heartbreaking to spend almost $70,000 on a job and be treated like the way our family was. Results were terrible. Problems with tile, flooring, and pipes. It's just a disaster and not worth your sanity. Stay far away.

After a frustrating experience with another company, I was referred to Daniel with Dash Contracting. In our first conversation, he was polite and professional and I was extremely pleased to meet him. After inspecting my roof, he agreed it needed to be replaced. I was relieved to learn that he would work with my insurance company and he assured me he could get the new roof approved. Danielâ s team did a great job and completed all work with the utmost integrity. I now have a new roof and new gutters! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Daniel even called me after a recent storm to make sure we did not have any leaks! My next home project will be renovating my kitchen and I will be using Dash Contracting for the job. If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, hard working and honest, Daniel is your guy. You will not be disappointed!

Dedicated from start to finish. This team delivers outstanding customer service even though my insurance company tried everything to deny repairing my house from a major hail storm. Mike, Tim and Daniel know their roles to deal with these issues and have a top quality team to return your home to pre-storm condition. Highly recommend!

Very good experience. Handled everything, from negotiating with the insurance company to final cleanup. Got new gutters and all metal roof vents as well. Their crew was very punctual and had my whole 4000 sq ft house roofed by 3pm (one day). Highly recommend, from Celina,TX.
