Everything went pretty well for the most part. There were some unexpected delays but generally the price was good for the service performed. My biggest problem with the work is that Danny did not grade my backyard properly at all. In rains water now pools near the house because the middle of the yard is now the highest part where the grade should drain toward the alley and not toward the house. Danny was paid once the fill-in was complete but now doesn't seem to concerned with fixing the condition of my yard. He did contact me once last month (June) saying he was going to try to fix it but that was now a month ago. The original work was completed in May 2016.
