Not well. Unfortunately, Dennis, the owner, is all smiles up front but has a way of not answering phone calls when the job is not complete or not up to customer satisfaction. I don't feel that I'm alone in this, just Google other reviews about this company. He leaves his workers high and dry too. He has a hard time coming back to make things right if the money is gone. His warranty is very vague as well, I would highly suggest getting it detailed to exactly what it does/does not include.

My roof was damaged in a hail storm. Most of my neighbors were getting their roofs replaced but my insurance company sent an adjuster who denied our claim. Dennis' company was replacing a neighbors roof so I asked him for his advice. He agreed to help me submit my claim again and he met with the adjuster at my house. Dennis showed the adjuster where the damage was and explained how it was from the storm. My insurance company then approved the claim. They took care of everything and did a great job. I highly recommend D and W Roofing.
