2017 Super Service Award Winner (Since 2010!) Dan Keenan Paint Co. ([email protected]) was established in 1992 by Dan Keenan and is a privately owned and highly regarded painting service company. Dan Keenan, founder and president, Dan, started out painting residences in 1982. Ten years later, he decided to create his own painting company and started Dan Keenan Paint Co., Inc. Since then, Dan has continued to grow the company while maintaining his standards of quality workmanship, integrity, and customer service. Richard Deatherage joined Dan Keenan Paint Co. in 1996 as vice-president. He oversees much of the customer service, job supervision, and daily operations. We built our reputation on quality and craftmanship. We contract with specialist sub-contractors. We take great pride in completing the projects on time and providing a high standard of workmanship. We carry full liability and offer all our customers a two year guarantee on our craftsmanship. If you're not satisfied, let us know, and we will correct any issues. As hands-on owners, you will see us on the site, inspecting the workmanship to make sure it is up to our standards. If you have questions or concerns, bring them directly to us. Our customer satisfaction is our most important goal. We are accustomed to coordinating our work with our client's schedule. We have successfully completed thousands of projects. Our business grows on referrals, and we are pleased to come back to work for our customers and their friends. Went exceptionally well. Owner came to property, assessed work needed, and provided bid/proposal for our approval. Workers were on time each day in the two-day job and were professional and detailed. Would definitely recommend them again.

The company did a fantastic job. They moved and covered the furniture, covered the floors with paper, and cleaned up every night so that we could live in the house during the work. All of the drywall patching was excellent - cannot tell there were ever holes or cracks. The final results are beautiful. I feel like I have a new house! I highly recommend the company.

Dan Keenan's manager Richard and his crew did an excellent job - very clean, professional, friendly and thorough!! They painted swatches for me to approve, added a bit more to the project at my request with a very fair additional charge, showed up on time and completed the project within the exact timeframe quoted, even with the additional bit of work I requested. There was only one spot which needed to be touched up, and they completed that within one day after job completion. I had absolutely no concerns or complaints about their work or work team. Great job, and thank you for being so easy to work with!!

I will never use another company for drywall/interior paint. These guys were perfect. They showed up on time every day, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and their work was excellent. After having so many bad experiences with contractors this was more than a pleasant surprise and I will recommend them to anybody I know.

Dan was great from the get go. Showed up a day after I emailed him, gave me a fair quote and was under the other bid I received from a company I had used before. Did the job well and on time. He even had his crew stuff in some insulation which wasn't a part of the job and that was appreciated and above and beyond. Would definitely hire again.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his assessment of our needs. Response to my request was timely and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The painters covered my flooring and furniture well. They completed the service in one day and the color lines and coverage was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I picked this company because of the great ratings and excellent reviews and must say that Dan and his crew certainly lived up to their reputation. Much of the time spent on the job was devoted to prepping the areas to be painted. While the house was still empty and they didn't have to deal with working around furniture, there are hard wood floors throughout the house and they ensured they cover them with paper and plastic before any painting was done. Once they got started painting they worked quickly and yet were meticulous about their quality control and cleaned up every day. They crews always arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the project. Dan showed up often (I think every day) to monitor progress and to smooth out whatever challenges presented themselves. They even went to extra trouble to fill in some gaps on the edge of the crown molding in the master bedroom and correct some problems of how it had been originally installed. This correction made them look much better than when we first bought the house. Because they'd done such a good work with the painting, there were only a few touchups that were required to be done on the final walk through. At the end of the project they cleaned up completely and hauled away all debris -- including the fabric and padding that we had them remove from one of the walls in the master bedroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family

The work was done beautifully. Richard and his crew were professional, courteous, and meticulous in painting the exterior of my 2000 sq.ft. home and 600 sq.ft. back house in the M Streets. The bid was competitive and included power-washing the white brick of the main house and replacing rotted wood on both structures where needed. I highly recommend this company, and am planning to have Dan Keenan Painting also do interior painting.

Excellent. The work was high quality at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond by talking me out of more expensive work because it was not necessary. Also, during the final walk through, Richard noticed a minor thing that was missed (that I never would've caught) and corrected it immediately. I will be using them for any additional paint jobs.
