Work was done professionally and promptly, contractor took great care to keep me informed, protect landscaping, and cleaned up completely daily and following completion. Very satisfied, would absolutely hire Daltex again.

Daltex Roofing & Remodeling replaced the existing hail-damaged roof and gutters/downspouts along with some exterior painting and wood siding repair on our Far North Dallas home with a DaVinci "Multi-Width Slate" polymer roof in March 2018. Louis Risolio guided us through the process including working with our insurance agency on the insurance claim and was proactively involved from our first meeting through project completion to assure everything went right. We are very happy with the final result and appreciate Louis's attention to detail. Louis was very easy to work with, was very patient and helpful with answers to our questions, was "hands on". His roofing crew (and painting and gutters subcontractors) were efficient, courteous and professional. We are very pleased with Daltex Roofing & Remodeling Inc. and our new roof.

Louis was a pleasure to work with. His goal was to do a quality, professional job and that I was satisfied. I was. Louis listened well and was easy to work with. He communicated well. I felt he would not cut corners and he didn't. He also completed the job in a timely manner. Louis runs a very experienced roofing company and has experienced workers. The other contractors that Louis worked with also spoke highly of him and his company I would highly recommend Louis and his work.

We contacted several roofers to replace our roof in early 2011. Most contacts were from the BBB. We asked each contractor to bid the work and and we eventually selected Daltex. Daltex's price was competitive, but when speaking with Louis (the owner) it was apparent that he: 1. Really knew his products (they are GAF ELK certified contractors). 2. Had an intense interest in making sure the job came off well. This combination of knowledge and enthusiasm clinched the deal for Daltex. Louis took great care to explain how things would proceed, when the materials would arrive, when the work would start, and how long it would take. They then performed the job exactly as they said they would and did an outstanding job on our new roof. Louis was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, readily answering my questions and obviously taking considerable personal pride in the work that his crew was doing. Although this was a large job involving the removal of both a layer of cedar shakes and composition shingles, my property was spotless when they left. We have owned our house for fourteen years and have had many contractors work on one area or another. Without any doubt, Daltex was the absolute best of the lot; I would enthusiastically recommend them for any roofing job without hesitation.

I found that Dal-Tex Roofing was not rated and could not believe no one had rated them yet. Luis of Dal-Tex was here last week for a small issue that high wind created so I decided to look if he was on Angie's List. Luis Risolio (owner) was recommend by my father-in-law who had his roof replaced by him. Luis was recommended to him by members of his Prestonwood Sunday School class. Luis was punctual and gave me a very competitive estimate (I got 5 ) on very high quality shingles and venting system. He is very polite and was present when his workers completed our job in 1 1/2 days. After my roof, several neighbors got their roofs replaced by him and have been very happy with the workmanship and service. In the several years that the roof has been replaced, Luis has promptly taken care of small problems that large storms created. I would not use anyone else because of his integrety and service
