Incident happened on a Saturday night. Determined that my regular company doesn't offer after-hours service. Called Dalltex as I had previous experience with them. They do offer after-hours service. He asked which units of the system were working so he could bring the parts he thought were needed. He arrived promptly. Quickly determined the problems and that he had the necessary parts. Worked quickly to make repairs. System is operating properly.
