Shane and co. were professional and communicative, as always, and did a great job installing PVC gutter drains, trenched out to the street. They also re-graded a courtyard to prevent pooling, and went the extra mile by re-packing a section of soil under our concrete porch that has begun eroding. We have used him for simple sprinkler repairs for years, and while a little higher priced than you can find elsewhere, he's way more accessible, detailed, and professional than many companies. And for this larger project, he provided a detailed, written portfolio setting out the scope of work and cost.

Worst experience with a landscaping business that my wife and I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this company or its owner, Shane Storch, to anyone. We were initially impressed by his promises and his price but soon learned that he couldn't or wouldn't deliver on either, and the worst part of the matter was that he didn't take any responsibility for the less than satisfactory finished product. I have waited long enough for him to make things right, but enough is enough, and I'd hate for others to have a similar experience as we did. Before using this company or its owner for a landscaping company, you should reach out to us, and we'll show you a "finished" product that no one would want. We have since had to pay other landscapers to install new sod and correct irrigation errors. Not happy!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] my initial proposal clearly indicated you had drainage issues. I suggested the back yard needed to have a swale in place to vacate excess water. I also suggested the use of several drains to be placed to vacate the water to the alley. You and I discussed this on several occasions and clarified the scope of work you wanted completed. These suggestions were included in my first quote and presentation to you. Mr. [Member Name Removed] you declined my suggestions on the drainage and insisted your general contractor would oversee these amendments. I indicated if the drainage issues were not taken care of, the result would be the decline of the turf grass due to root rot. My second proposal to you was for what you requested, which was simply irrigation and turf grass installation. We completed and project as promised with turf installed and irrigation working properly. I personally came back and repaired irrigation leaks that occurred well after our install. I have done everything within reason to honor your requests and make the situation right with you Mr. [Member Name Removed]. I am sorry you're not happy with our service."
