Excellent service. My pear tree died in the middle of July. A front & center curb appeal focal point. The tree was removed, grinded down so visually you wouldn't even have known it was there. They cleaned all debris from the yard and fairly priced. Highly recommend

We bought wood for 2015. They told us a couple of times that they would be here and they weren't. I don't mind that as long as they call me. They were lax on their follow-up. I feel that they were sub-contracting it out because, even though they responded to my questions, whoever they were using wasn't very reliable. There's nothing wrong with the wood, it was poor communications. They were competitive, we checked a couple of places and they were all $10 to $15 within each other. I didn't have a problem with the price. The quality is good and they finally got it all rectified. We didn't like some of the wood and they had to replace some of it. It wasn't a problem, and they got it resolved. I've got mixed emotions because, of all the hassle. I'd probably go somewhere else. It had nothing to do with the company. The quality, price, It was the with the brother-in-law they were using. The communication with Dallas Tree Pro was fine, even though they sub-contracted it out, they still had the responsibility.

The firewood was delivered on the date specified. The delivery crew was polite, efficient, and great to deal with.  They delivered quality wood which was seasoned. The only minor issue I have is that the wood is a little on the wet side, likely due to record rainfall in North Texas.  I would use them again.
