 + -1 moreThe salesman, Tim, came to our house to measure; he was running late, but the office called to let us know he was caught in traffic. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. He provided suggestions, photographed, measured and gave us swatches to choose for the canvas awnings. He promised to followup with pictures and an estimate. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I've phoned the office twice and left messages to call me about the estimate, but no response. It's baffling because he seemed so professional -- he must've decided they didn't want the job, but he could've at least returned the calls. I am now looking for estimates elsewhere.
Description of Work: No services performed, just a request for estimate.
