"First, as a locally owned business that has been in business for over 35 years, we take these reviews very seriously. Our intent is to make every client 100% satisfied. We, like several alarm companies install monitoring equipment for free or discounted rates in exchange for a monitoring agreement. When the client chooses to disconnect that monitoring in a shorter time than agreed upon, it makes it very difficult to maintain that client satisfaction when they need to break their word. We stand by our products, warranties and obviously wished this would have turned out as a better client satisfaction outcome. We understand and will work with clients for those unforeseen life issues and even: 1. Offered to reduce the length of term (by 6 months) even though the client did not allow us to disconnect the equipment with a 90 day notice. 2. Agreed to refund the pre-paid monitoring. The camera manufacturer has returned the camera saying there is nothing wrong with the camera (under warranty), the issue is the camera is looking into an extremely dark area and can be corrected with adding a little light. Even with these offers the client was intent on giving us a bad review and there seemed no options with the client moving out of town without proper notice."
