"We sincerely apologize for the response from our customer service representative. Emergency calls do take priority over repairs, and an effort should have been made to reschedule other non-emergency calls. When other customers are unwilling to reschedule, it is our policy to put this type of call on the cancellation list or give the customer the option of contacting the technician that is on-call for emergencies after our normal business hours. We are investigating this situation and taking the appropriate action to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate you as our customer. Again, we apologize. We have concluded our investigation with the customer service representative. According to our records, Mr. [Member Name Removed] called and said that one of his two water heaters was leaking. He was told that the service technician could evaluate the situation and make any minor repairs that same day, but he wouldn't be able to replace the water heater on that same day due to a full schedule. The customer service representative offered to transfer him to an estimator so he could schedule an estimate for the replacement, which she did. Mr. [Member Name Removed] then called back to schedule the service call for 1 to 5 pm and called back shortly to cancel It. We regret and apologize if there was any miscommunication"
