poor quality work by subs with no oversight by DennisRhodes, the General Contractor.   Plumbing installed incorrectly which reuslted in loss of water pressure and ultimately tear out of tile work to repair. He pointed us toward an apprently inferior quality travertine.  Within months it was chipping and pitted.  Tile was installled incorrectly 4 times and they never did get it right.  Stove was installed in granite countertop at an angle (not parallel to edge of counter).   We bought carpet for all room but decided to forego installation in home gym.  Two years later we unrolled the piece for this room and a)found there was not enough to complete the closet as in all other bedrooms, and b) there was a large chunk missing out of one corner so we did not even have enough for the bedroom itself.  Result: $600 and mismatched carpeting.  I could go on, but you get the point.  Once he has your money he's pretty much MIA and the subs are either rude or don'tt speak english.  This is the kind of guy that give general contractors a bad name.  Stay away

It was great. He is an excellent guy and his help was freindly. He is good with designing, pretty innovative and experienced. He is very clean and neat.
