They provided an estimate. Then they scheduled the services for the next day. They were on-time, efficient and effective. They fixed leaking and sagging gutters. But they did not fix the “messed up” paint after they fixed the gutters. However, everything else was great.

Amazing experience. I was told I didn’t need any change to my gutters ...just a clean out of the underground drain. They referred me to ARS, who did a great job. Then, they cleaned my gutters. ...very high roof ...quickly, safely, and at a very fair price. I could not have been happier with the experience. Wasn’t sold something I didn’t want or need. Got quick service at fair price.

Excellent job and attention to detail. The crew took their time for a very professional installation and complete clean-up. The estimate and warranty explanation was very detailed. This is one company that wants to get it right the first time and will do what it takes to satisfy the customer. This was not the lowest bid, but it was well worth the money. If you want quality and a company that will stand behind its product, then you will get what you pay for with Dallas Gutter. I highly recommend this company, its owner and employees.

Mike from Dallas Gutter came out today and explained to us that we didn't have a gutter problem, but a problem with the sealant on the roof. We very much appreciated his honesty and redirection so that we could get some help with our issue. We have worked with Dallas Gutter and Repair before and have always had a good experience.

I received a call from the person doing the estimate after he had arrived to my home and stated no one was home and he expected me to be there. I discussed what I was told since I described what the problem was with the sales office. He stated he would have the office call me to set up another appointment, I asked him if I needed to call the office to set it up and he said they would call me. Well it has been over 3 weeks and no one has called, guess it was not a big enough job or he was upset I was not there and then did not bother to set up another appointment. Called another gutter/roofing company and got taken care of immediately. they have good reviews overall but I was disappointed in the initial response

Process was excellent - start to finish. Kevin arrived on time, checked our entire system, listened to our issues, recommended various models, provided us with references. After determining we wanted to go with their clog free gutter cap product, Kevin returned and helped us match colors well. Installers arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up, and we are thrilled with the project completion.

Dallas Gutter was very prompt and responsive. The on-site meeting with Kevin was great as he was very detailed and did a great job explaining options. The quote seemed high but I felt I could trust Dallas Gutter to do good work, something which holds value to me. They came and did the installation when they said they would, I didn't even have to be home. Came home from work and saw the new gutters and everything looks great! I also had them service my other gutters to ensure they were clean and had leaf screens in place.

Our problem was very unique as we had 4 roof areas running water into a single exit. its like drinking from a fire hose!! Kevin understood the issue after couple of rounds of inspection and the installers did a brilliant job
