He's friendly, hardworking, prompt, and dependable. Most importantly, he does fabulous work. He is fairly priced and is honest and straight-forward with his customers. I ended up spending much less than I had expected. My friend has used him in the past as well and has had equally positive experiences with him. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door service in the Dallas area!
