We were generally satisfied. We told them specifically what the problem was and when they came out they did not bring the parts to fix this specific problem, which then required them to make a second trip out, and they charged us a second trip charge. We were not happy at all with that. We would possibly use them again.

Dallas Electric has been amazing on fixing all the electrical issues in our house. We have installed new lighting and had to locate and move switches. They spent time explaining things to me and were very helpful when I had questions and needed more explanation. They were always available and returned my calls promptly.
