I'm a ex employee who used to work for dalco I had a family member die 10 years old and was at hospital told service manager which called me liar and while I was at hospital they picked up my van and when I went to collect my check and tools they only gave me basic tools back kept all my essential tools wireless gauges vacum pump torches nitrogen regulator meter straight stold my tools and keep telling me they gave me my tools that'd a bold face lie all I want is my tools please

Very well. They coordinated the time / days around our busy schedule. They followed up with service afterwards. Great team. Ray and Maryanne are fabulous!

8/2015 the second time we have used DALCO (once before in our former home approx. 8 years ago).  We were so happy with DALCO on the prior install and all our follow-up maintenance/service calls that we couldn't think of using anyone else when the AC and Heating needed replaced in our recently purchased home. Each time they have been SUPER to work with as far as the bid and Install.  I can't say enough good things about them.  They offer many price level options (JD was great in detailing these options), they are timely, they follow-up, they clean up!  Additionally, the office staff (particularly Mary Anne) is great to follow-up and even sent us a reminder to file our rebate form on the new system.  We will continue to use DALCO and highly recommend them.

They are very honest, and always do great work. 

This job was rather difficult because the attic is so small. They actually had to tear the old one apart and re-build the new one on the inside of the attic. They worked well through the problem. They were prompt, efficient and are very conscientious in their work.
