Contractor installed the timber posts to which the awning was attached into the cement mortar between bricks so after two months the bolts pulled out of the mortar and can no longer support my canvas awning. I called the company requesting they come out and install properly by bolting the timber posts into the bricks. They said I had to pay $79 per hour again to have it fixed because the work was carried out two months ago. Obviously their contractor is inexperienced in this type of installation work.
