Gutter Repair and Replacement
Original Installation and quality of work was outstanding. I needed service work performed on the gutters due to a neighbor's tree that fell and caused damage. I emailed them using their website and got zero response. So, after a few weeks, I called them and was told they are not taking on any new business. I explained I was a current customer and needed repair work performed. The person answering the phone was extremely put out and said they were not taking on any business right now because they were "so busy" and "behind schedule". But, she said she'd give my message to the Sales Department. I then contacted my builder who emailed them to see if they would either do the work or refer us to someone else. After four weeks I had not received a reply. This company does good work, but I would never recommend them to anyone because their customer service and attitude is incredibly poor.
