I used Crosstown Engineering to perform a foundation inspection. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. Following the inspection, I received the written report promptly. The report relieved my concerns about foundation issues so that I avoided unnecessary foundation work. The report made recommendations for some repairs that would help to stabilize the foundation. I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering. I would use them again.

I just got my report back. Crosstown didn't even call me during or after the inspection. I paid $450, and got ZERO human support after the inspection. They took my money, didn't call back, then emailed me a report that does not even have a photograph attached. How can an engineering report not include photos? The report feels like it was hurriedly put together with a lot of pre-scripted language. I feel ripped off, honestly. I went with this company because they seemed like experts based on the website and reviews. Nothing about this experience made me feel like they even cared. I'm so upset. Do your homework, people.
