Everything went smoothly - on time and professional. The only glitch was a poorly installed external electrical connector box, which was not mounted flush with the wall. Although sealed with a wide bead of caulk (1/2 inch), it could allow rain to penetrate behind the box. A supervisor returned a week later and re-installed it correctly. The internal installation was perfect. The two man crew was courteous, professional and talented, with the exception of the carelessness with the electrical connector box towards the end of the job. The overall installation and crew knowledge is worthy of an "A" rating.

For what I am paying for the services, not replacing one, I am fine the price. Their technicians know, they don't come in like where is it. They have that information. They do their homework ahead of time. They have the right pads and everything. I appreciate that as a single woman.

They come twice a year to change the filters. We have a contract with them for about $250 a year. That includes the pads and cleaning the units. I have used them for several years and have not had a problem ever. I have not had to replace a unit yet. They wear the little booties on their shoes. They clean up any mess they make.

Did not use them. The bid was very high, and I thought some of the work should have been covered by my maintenance contract. They wanted me to renew the contract for $200 and pay $400 for the (misdiagnosed, as it turns out) job. I said, thanks but no thanks, did not renew the maintenance agreement and went with another company, (Double Eagle, with whom I was very pleased and about whom I've written a positive review) I still had to pay Crawford $90 for the service call, even though I had a contract with them which should have covered this ( I had a contract with them since 2012!) I would not recommend this company.

Crawford Services is absolutely the best. My problem was a high (indoor) noise level after a new air conditioning outdoor condensing unit and indoor furnace/evaporator coil, etc. were installed. Tim Buford, a graduate engineer, came out, analyzed the problem, and sent two men out a couple of days later to modify the indoor inlet air ducting and outlet air ducting, which included using much sound insulation material, in order to reduce the noise. The result was great! The noise was reduced at least 90 percent. I wish I had known about Crawford Services before I had the new unit installed; I would have had them do the whole job. The price was reasonable. I’m sure that a contractor could be found that would do the total job cheaper, but if you want it done right the first time, get Crawford.

Air conditioning went out week of daughters wedding, we were frantic! Had out of towners coming in to stay and house was 96 degrees. Called Crawford Services (played the wedding card) they sent a technician out that evening. Crawford Services said they would call me an hour before the technician would arrive and they did. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Crawford Services and will continue to use them going forward.

It went very well in both properties despite the challenges that were presented by the work spaces.

I am very happy with the service and products provided. The company really studied and researched the problems associated with our complicated situation. It did not involve simply replacing the hardware. The followup and communication with the company personnel was excellent. This was a large project, and their service was really outstanding.

Overall it was excellent. The Owner?/ Representative came by the house to talk to me about all the questions I had. She was very patient, professional and answered in detail which reassured me she knew her business and made sure the employees followed through correctly and professionally. Each visit was on time and their estimated time for the work to be completed was correct also. Which shows they respected my time and home.

He was sure to explain the directions really well. He showed us how to turn it off and on. He was very thorough and professional. It works really well and it looks really nice. We had purchased the log from somewhere else and they just installed in for us. So we only had to pay a labor charge and that was reasonable. He did a good job, worked pretty fast and he definitely knew what he was doing.

Horrible! The technician forgot to hook up the condensation line. It flooded my house. I was out of town and my wife came home at about 10:00pm to find the house flooded. The technician was told by his management to hook up the line and leave immediately. He refused to help my wife carry anything outside, but told her WE had to "air" everything out to mitigate damages to our property. They then refused to finish the job, but sent us an invoice in full. We had to threaten law suit for them to finally accept our payment (invoice minus what we paid the other company to finish the job. It was probably the most terrible situation I've ever been through with a service provider.

THEY ARE RELIABLE AND THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THE WILL. THEY SEEM TO GET IN AND DO THEIR BUSINESS, AND GET OUT FAIRLY QUICKLY. I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT A THING, EXCEPT FOR THAT THEY DO REAL GOOD WORK SO THEY ARE VERY BUSY. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH THE SCHEDULING.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. IT TOOK ONLY 10 MINUTES TO FIX IT.

THE TECHNICIAN WHO ARRIVED WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. HE DETERMINED THE PROBLEM AND OFFERED A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. HE REPLACED THE UNIT QUICKLY AND LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEAN.
