They were very efficient and came in as day and got everything done. Their price was quite competitive. Based on what the insurance adjuster had estimated the cost of the roof replacement would be; his price for the roof was well under that and I think that was a good sign. We ended up having the higher quality shingle put on there, I think it was a 25 year shingle, and the price was still competitive. They were very cooperative because we had some problems with our initial insurance adjuster that came out after the first hail storm. It just kind of worked out that we had another hail storm the week after and we got a second claim and we ended up having a different adjuster. Crawford Roofing came out to meet the first adjuster and he was easy to contact and I really like that. Sometimes with companies you never know when you?d get somebody on the phone or if they are going to call you back. In that way he was just like a freshman. I also recommended them to my aunt because she wasn't sure about whether her roof needed to be replaced and he actually told her that her roof does not need to be replaced.
