Our fence is still beautiful. We have people in our neighborhood telling us that our fence is gorgeous and it's 11 years old. In Dallas, you have to be really careful because we have this dirt called black gumbo. It's clay. When it gets wet, it gets bigger and when it gets dry, it gets smaller. So keeping a fence straight is almost impossible because the dirt is moving all the time. He sank the poles so deep that that fence has not moved at all. He is so busy and he does so many fences that he sometimes doesn't show up when he says he is going to show up and he doesn't tell you. He over-schedules himself. His responsive is not great. But, it's the best fence you can get in Dallas. Nobody makes a fence nicer than him. He is expensive and he won't lower his price at all. He gets insulted if you want to bargain with him. Because he is so busy, he doesn't have to negotiate with you. That's the only person I would use. He has also put in some stone work for us and re-stained the fence a few times.
