+ 5 moreHow refreshing to work with a company that has caring, quality-minded people who show up as promised, and not only do excellent work (their painting, for example, is amazing), but who also can bring a design eye to the entire process. Thom Stayart was the person in charge but he had excellent support people as well, and great contacts for us to get items at a reasonable cost. He even accompanied me to the design district to pick out the flooring and make recommendations. Every day, if they said they'd be at the house at 8 a.m., they might arrive at 7:45. They're that kind of company. Right now, my only wish is that I had a lot more money in the bank so I could start the master bath. I would definitely use them again. When I was rating them, I almost gave them a "B" instead of an "A" on pricing because they aren't the cheapest people in town, but when you take into account the quality of their work, I think even their price deserves an "A". And besides, who wants to use the lowest priced contractor out there? Usually that's a red flag. You can see more at www.Facebook.com/chprenovation. Can't wait to start my next project!
Description of Work: This contractor did what I would call a light kitchen and utility room renovation: re-faced all cabinets and drawers, replaced hardware, replaced all flooring, installed new glass tile backsplash, Complete paint of all walls, cabinetry, moldings, etc. The work did not include new countertops or appliances.
