+ -1 moreArmando always does a great job for us. He performs routine spraying against insect pests throughout the house and outside, and always checks for other problems, then quotes us a fair price for the service. We had a problem with a rodent, probably a mouse but could have been a rat, coming in our attic. Armando found the droppings indicating the problem, treated the area and left some industrial grade bait and has come back and checked for us as to the results. We have been mice/rat free since. Armando is very much a gentleman, and now treats two others of our friends to whom we've recommended him, and does them as professional a job as he does for us. Additionally, he is friendly and very professional, giving us advice on how to stop other pest problems as they come up. We have been using him for almost 14 years now, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs pest control services.
Description of Work: Pest control: spraying against insects, and also treating attic for mouse/rat inhabitation. Have been using company for regular quarterly treatments since 1995.
