Beware of these guys if you purchase a computer outdated equipment. They have a sneaky way of switching things up on you no refunds small print they don’t tell you. I return computer which didn’t work efficiently and left they told my bank I didn’t return computer and very rude, the manager Went to purchase computer I was told about and left to return to pickup with my information transferred only to be told I had to pay another 400 dollars that it had wrong price. Sold another one which barely booted up returned to Store no refunds small print left computer with them now they told my bank o Kept the computer scam Scam Scam

I'm very disappointed in their integrity. They left my computer unprotected and locked me out of my microsoft programs.

After service was completed, I picked up the laptop, and the mouse pad didn't work. Took it back, and they said they forgot to connect it back up inside. Left it for another week, and when it was done, the mouse pad worked, but there was a bump in the cover and screws rattling around inside. When I picked it up it would shut down. I finally took it to another repair shop, and they said Computer Guys had used the wrong sized screw inside, which caused the bump in the cover, and they had left numerous screws out, which is why one of them rattled around, and also caused the motherboard to be loose and flex when picked up, causing the shutdown. The laptop now works again after spending $90 to have it checked out and all the screws replaced.
