JUST RECENTLY THEY HAVE IMPROVED. BEFORE THAT, IT WAS THINGS LIKE SENDING THE COMPUTER AWAY BEFORE THEY TOLD US, NOT CALLING US BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IT BEING LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. WE HAD QUITE A FEW MAJOR REPAIRS ON THE COMPUTER BEFORE AND MY HUSBAND FELT IT WAS A BIT MUCH. THIS LAST YEAR, THEY'VE BEEN BETTER. THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER AND THEY SEEM MORE PROMPT.

THEY WERE GOOD. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS AFTER I DOWNLOADED IT. I WENT OVER THERE AND THEY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. THEY TOOK QUITE A WHILE, BUT THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME.
Description of Work: THEY BACKED UP EVERYTHING SO THAT I COULD REINSTALL IT AFTER I LOADED THE WINDOWS SYSTEMS RESTORE DISK. IT TOOK 24 HOURS.

THEY CONFIRMED THAT MY HARD DRIVE WAS FRIED AND RECOMMENDED THAT I BUY A NEW COMPUTER. IT WAS HARD TO TELL IF THIS WAS AN OBJECTIVE RECOMMENDATION. THEY ARE TECHIES, AND THEY DON'T HAVE STRONG PEOPLE SKILLS. I REALLY FEEL THAT I AM AT THEIR MERCY, SO I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER BUT NOT FROM THEM BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO REWARD THEM FOR THEIR RUDENESS.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW ON THEIR REPAIRS, AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS WASN'T THAT GREAT. THEY REALLY DIDN'T SEEM LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE COMING FROM A TEXT BOOK. THEY ACTUALLY REPLACED SOMETHING TWICE. THE FIRST TIME, IT WASN'T EVEN THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, AND THEY STILL REPLACED IT FOR WHATEVER REASON. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE WAS HORRIBLE.
