It was terrible. I would never use them again or trust my computer to them. They backed up the email and not the other files I designated that I wanted saved. They backed up another file that I did not ask backed up. This cost me $200.00. No instructions were provided upon pick up of my computer after the work was done and there was no one answering the phone in Service for the next 2 days over the weekend (although there was staff there). It took 3 more days to get to speak to a knowledgeable manager however in the meantime I spent 7-8 hours on the phone with tech support for ComCast, HP and Microsoft. That cost me another $100.00. The end result was for $340.00 I still had the same problems as when I brought my computer to CompUSA AND it had new problems caused by whatever they did. A friend finally fixed it all in about 1.5 hours time and he is an amateur.
