 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THE DID A FINE JOB. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND REPAIRED MY COMPUTER.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGH. THE JOB TOOK WAY LONGER THAN WE HAD EXPECTED. IT TOOK THEM A LITTLE WHILE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND GOT IT FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED AND RESTORED OUR COMPUTER.

 + -1 moreI HAD BOUGHT THE PC FROM THIS COMPANY. IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. THAT COST $218! THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL OR INFORMATIVE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY WORK ON MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RESTORE THE MEMORY AND LOAD SOME INFORMATION TO THE HARD DRIVE.

 + -1 moreIT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE EVEN LEFT A DISK IN THE COMPUTER, AND THEY CALLED US TO LET US KNOW THAT THERE WAS A GAME IN THE COMPUTER THAT BELONGED TO OUR SON. THEY DIDN'T GIVE US A PROBLEM WITH THE WARRANTY. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO GIVE US A SONG AND DANCE AND CHARGE US MORE MONEY.
Description of Work: I HAD TO FIX THE POWER CORD THAT CONNECTS THE LAPTOP TO THE WALL. SOMETHING INTERNAL IN THE PLUG.
