 + -1 moreI HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH IT. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR. I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY'S WORK.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND THEY NETWORKED THE TWO WE HAD TOGETHER. OUR DSL CONNECTION IS BAD SO THEY SET THEM UP ON WIRELESS AND MADE THEM COME TOGETHER.

 + -1 moreIT WAS FREE. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, AND IT GOT DONE. THEY SCANNED MY COMPUTER FOR VIRUSES, AND THEY HAD TO REFORMAT THE HARD DISK. EVERYTHING IS FINE NOW. IT WORKS LIKE IT'S NEW.
Description of Work: I HAD TO GET OUR HARD DRIVE CLEANED FOR VIRUSES.

 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE WERE HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. I HAD TO LEAVE SEVERAL MESSAGES BEFORE THEY RETURNED THE CALL. IT TOOK ABOUT TWO DAYS TO GET A RETURN CALL.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO INSTALL A MODEM FOR THE CABLE INTERNET SERVICE WHICH WAS IN THE OFFICE AREA. THE SERVICE WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR THAT SYSTEM.
