 + -1 moreCLIFF IS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND SEEMS TO APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS. HE ALWAYS GETS ME THE BEST PRICE HE CAN, AND HELPS ME MAKE GOOD BUYING DECISIONS. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT HE DOESN'T ALWAYS RETURN MY PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE HAS BENT OVER BACKWARDS, THOUGH, TO ACCOMMODATE ME ON SOME RETURNS. IT CAN TAKE A LONG TIME TO CHECK OUT WITH HIM BECAUSE OF THE PROCESS THEY USE.
Description of Work: COMPUSA IS USUALLY THE FIRST PLACE I GO FOR MY COMPUTER NEEDS. I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL COMPUTERS AND LOTS OF ACCESSORIES FROM THEM. AS A BUSINESS CUSTOMER, THEY GIVE ME GOOD PRICES. CLIFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN I'M IN THE STORE. HE IS LESS DEPENDABLE IF I'M WAITING ON HIM TO RETURN A PHONE CALL. COMPUSA HAS AN ESPECIALLY NICE SELECTION OF DIGITAL CAMERAS.
