Computer Sales
CLIFF IS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND SEEMS TO APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS. HE ALWAYS GETS ME THE BEST PRICE HE CAN, AND HELPS ME MAKE GOOD BUYING DECISIONS. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT HE DOESN'T ALWAYS RETURN MY PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE HAS BENT OVER BACKWARDS, THOUGH, TO ACCOMMODATE ME ON SOME RETURNS. IT CAN TAKE A LONG TIME TO CHECK OUT WITH HIM BECAUSE OF THE PROCESS THEY USE.
