Hired him to implode a pool. His subcontractors were worthless. He (Bryan Johnson) never followed through, never answered calls, didnâ t pass inspections. He didnâ t come back to finish the job. Again, unresponsive, unreliable, w/no professionalism. There are many reports of his terrible workmanship on the internet. We should have researched before hiring him.

The company, led by Bryan Johnson, after being paid for multiple jobs chose not to pay his subcontractors and liens against homes are going out to customers who already paid for the services. For anyone thinking of giving their money to Bryan or Collin Bryan Construction please: 1- Read their BBB complaints 2- Look at the long list of FB customers detailing the same MO (non responsive, poor quality and legal issues) 3-Compare any good review against the obviously spam and bogus positive reviews. 4-Search law suit against Collin Bryan Construction, case 3:2022cv01267, for Fair Labor Standards Act ...or just ask me. I would be happy to show you a redacted letter I got from his sub stating my house will get a lien if payment for the gunite is not made.

Do not hire this company, the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. They promised the job to be done in three months its been over six months. They hire unqualified contractors to do the jobs, they have done more damage than what they done right. They dont have their own people they hire out every inch of the job! Do yourself a favor, and pay more money and get the job done right with another company! The office wont take or return any of my calls, They are misrepresenting the reviews on this page!!!

The most horrific experience ever. Do not use this company. I wish there was option for 0 stars. I decided to use this company because of good reviews but I feel they are misleading because I had the worse experience ever! I signed the contract on 9/10/20 to install a new in ground pool. The salesman, Chris Dudley, sat on it for 6 weeks before handing it off to scheduler. Scheduler contacts me on 10/21/20, 6 weeks later to start the permit process. Meanwhile Chris blames the scheduler that its out of his hands once it goes to the scheduler but she did not get it from him for 6 weeks. Permit got approved in 3 weeks but had to wait until 12/8/20 for the construction to start. Chris emails me asking for the list of selections I made. What kind of business practice does not have all the selections on file? Then the measurement was off on my yard so the decking is smaller than what I am paying for. I asked why the decking square footage was a lot more than other companies I received quotes from but Chris said the other company s measurement was wrong. But he was wrong and is charging me more. Does this sound like a scam? Then I had to wait a month for the gunite (1/14/21) after the dig which caused the walls to break. They had to spray more of gunite and that caused my pool formation to be off which caused coping stone not to fit and so they had to cut pieces to make it fit. This does not look clean nor worth the money I paid. Another month of waiting for the tile and coping on 2/23/21. The construction crews were putting the tile on wrong so I told them that is not right but that is how they got it from the pool company because Chris emails me and says it is right how they are doing it. I showed Chris the picture he made that shows the correct way and told him he was wrong. How can you not have the basic design straight when you did the design yourself and had the pictures? Then he emails me I was right and said he was looking at an old plan. There is no old plan, only one plan. I never changed and wanted it one way from the beginning and signed the contract the same day as the design. One excuse after another not owning up to his fault and this is how they do business. Now we are at a standstill. Decking install is next but they schedule it for today(3/17/21) 3 weeks out saying due to weather forecast. We had 3 weeks of good weather and there was rain in the forecast today. I emailed the scheduler telling her to possibly move the date up but she ignores all of my emails. I left her a voicemail and she ignores that. I called the company front desk and spoken with her many times and requested to speak to a manager. She gave me his email but no phone number and says she will have him call me. He never called after 3 times of requesting. I emailed the manager several times and he never replies. Today I spoke to front desk again because of course the deck crew are not here and this time she said she will have the owner, Bryan, call me. No callback still. Everyone from scheduler (Dottie, one scheduler for the whole company), manager (Joe ), and owner (Bryan) all ignores me. I have paid 80 percent of the whole cost and 80 percent is not complete. They are ignoring my emails, calls, request for callback and they are just working at their leisure when they have already wasted so much time because the lack of proper business practice. I am paying over 90K for this pool and I m am not getting proper customer care nor proper communication. Do not sign with this company, you will regret just like me.

Eric and Ben and their installation crew were amazing and worked hard to finish this job to satisfaction and just as promised. Would highly recommend!

Collin Bryan was there for us when our house was destroyed by an F3 tornado. They took care of restoring our home to much better than before and turned our disaster into our new dream home! We love our new home from the added rooms, new deck and balcony with french doors, new counters, floors, and jet tub, it's amazing!

This is an amazing contractor. They went above and beyond on everything. Colin is very knowledgeable in the trades and worked with my insurance company so that ALL damage to my home was covered. The quality of their work is also very impressive. I highly recommend Collin as this is a true professional.

I highly recommend Eric Reed of Reed Heating & Air. Eric is a man of his word and that s hard to find. He showed up when he said that he would and charged me the price that he quoted me. There were no surprises and he answered all of my questions. Eric is honest and reasonable, a great local professional!

Collin Bryan Construction came out to inspect our roof and showed us the pictures. They informed us to call our insurance company and were able to help through the whole process and cleaned up after themselves. They even did extra work that was not covered by initial claim!
