We had recently moved from california to Dallas and have been looking to buy a home. I found Kathy's listing for a condo on Trulia and after checking out the home, I had sent her an email. She promptly returned my email and set up an appointment. The house she was showing did not work for us. However in that meeting were impressed with her knowledge about realestate in the DFW area that we decided to use her for our search. In the following days she continued sending listings which matched what we were looking for and we finally decided upon our new home.It was a beautiful condominum and Kathy helped us a lot in the negotiation process.This was the smoothest home buying experience I've ever had and I attribute a lot of that to Kathy's experience as a realtor. I never felt pressured to make a decision before I was ready and she was always very considerate of my time. We communicated primarily through email which was my preference and Kathy always replied promptly to whatever questions I came up with. I was also very satisfied with his referrals for a mortgage broker and inspector . She also recommended us a good painter who did a great job at a very reasonable price.
