Fast, cheap, well done.

The trees and house look beautiful at night. Cohen did the repair job that other companies said was impossible and trying to sell me a completely new system for 4 times the price. I've used John Cohen for all my electrical needs in 2 houses over the last 10 years. Everything from museum lighting to putting in a dimmer switch, they can do it. I'm a loyal and happy customer of Cohen Electric.

Cohen has always been quick to respond, very professional, quite knowledgeable about their line of work. If I asked for something that should not be done they let me know it could not be done per code, and offered choices that were much better than what I wanted in th first place. I would and have referred Cohen to my closest friends and family members. Just an excellent company of people to deal with.

They always scheduled me in quickly. They sent the same team to me each time so I was comfortable with them and they knew the house. They were always professional and cleaned up before they left. If I need an electrician again, Cohen is who I will call.

Good. They were here for 5 hours...so it's an expensive call! I haven't got the bill yet. I'll update when it comes. I had a 4-outlet plug that wouldn't work, as well as a light fixture. I called, they tried to find the problem to no avail. In the hot TX summer, the poor guy is in my attic stringing new wire, because that would take less time than trying to trouble shoot another few hours. However, we found the problem later - a dimmer switch has been incorrectly wired and fired several outlets/switches. They fixed those and, whenever there was some downtime for one to go get parts, whatever, I'd ask him to replace outlets that were outdated instead of just sitting and waiting. He did it with no complaint.

I would recommend them. Their prices are more than fair. They really know what they are doing. They are timely and straightforward. They do everything including commercial and new construction.
