It went well on the first. I was assuming it was okay a year ago but now it has leak again under my house.

Cody & Sons called to let me know that James was available several hours earlier than the scheduled appointment time, then gave me the option of keeping the original appointment or moving it up, and I appreciated that choice. Both plumbers worked quickly, but it still took several hours - they were replacing original pipes, faucets and shut off valves that were over 50 years old. I've always been happy with the work performed by Cody & Sons, and I value the 2-year warranty on installation (which is transferable to the new owner who will take possession of the house soon).
