CM3 Construction Group

I am happy with the final product. Of note, I had a leak in the roof at a particular location along where the siding was replaced, would take too many words to explain, but it could have been argued that it was outside the scope of our contract. CM3 took care of it, well after my final payment was made, without demanding more money. I would rate their integrity at A+.

We had a very bad hailstorm earlier this year that damaged our roof and the roof on almost every house in this neighborhood, so we've had dozens of roofers trying to sell us their services. I spoke with several of the roofers and received estimates from 3 or 4 different roofers. However, none of them impressed me. They either didn't follow-up or didn't seem to be as competent as I wished.
When the representative from CM3 Construction Group, Jeremiah, knocked on our front door, he seemed very competent and we arranged for a roof inspection that same day - which was Monday, July 30. Cody Miller, the owner, performed the inspection later that evening and he and Jeremiah spent at least an hour going over all of the work with us, our options and fully explained what needed to be done. They were very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable. Their estimate for the work was very competitive with the other roofers - not the lowest nor the highest.
After discussing the issue, my husband and I contacted Jeremiah the next day. He came over, we signed the contract and scheduled the work, which was completed that same week. All of the repairs were done very well and the quality of the work was excellent. Extra time was taken to ensure that no area on the patio roof would allow for water to pool. This included building up the deck around the chimney, which took additional time and again, was completed very well.
Their follow-up has been wonderful. Jeremiah verified with us that we were happy the day the work was completed and came back yet again the next week to check to see if we were still satisfied.
I have no hesitation in recommending CM3 Construction Group and intend to use them again when we need further work completed.
