We have a yearly contract so Climate Tech comes out twice a year, where they come out in the Spring and in the Fall. They were fine all the way around.

It went really well. I've been in my house 2 years now since I got off active duty and have had several AC companies and have not been impressed with any of them. With Climate Tech, I was really impressed with just the ease of scheduling an appointment and their friendliness. The ladies who answer the phones are really nice, from the first time I called and then rescheduled because of weather, they are so accommodating! The gentleman who came out was very nice and knowledgeable, he didn't try to push anything on me and gave me good information, feel very confident in his assessments.

The experience was good. They came twice; once was $175 and the other was $120. They are good people.

I've been using them for years. I chose them through my church bulletin because they go to my same church. They are fabulous. I have a contract with them. They really stand behind their work. They put in my new system 4 years ago and not a thing has ever gone wrong with it. One of my dogs bit off some of the insulation and he replaced that for free even though it was my dog that did it. They do the little extras without charging. The owner told me I would get a programmable thermostat and they brought the wrong one. He brought it out himself because he said they brought the wrong one out. They deliver what they say they are going to and a little more than that too. I have been so happy with them.

It was good. They are always on time. They seemed to be knowledgeable. We have a service contract with them. They're very easy to get a hold of, very responsive. We've always liked what they've done.

He had the best price out of everyone that gave me an estimate. He even got me a TRANE AC unit, I was very happy. It has been a year and I have not had one bit of trouble with it. I would recommend him to anyone. I even recommended him to my neighbor. They are honest and decent people.
