I contacted Classic Scapes well in advance of the work, as I needed to coordinate their work along with foundation repair and wood floors. I had to follow up with them to get the drawings and estimates, and the early responsiveness was a little slow, but once we agreed on the work, there was plenty of communication. They even arranged for my wife to see some of their previous work to make sure we knew what we were looking at.
The work was completed on time, along with the other work being done. The timing was critical because the tear-out had to be done before the foundation repair, and we wanted the new patio poured immediately after the foundation work was done. Everything fell into place perfectly, even having to adjust a little for weather.
We couldn't be happier with the way the stamped concrete patio turned out. My neighbors cannot believe that it's not flagstone, and they're kicking themselves for doing their patio in plain concrete.
The crews were courteous, professional, and did a great job of keeping the area cleaned up. The few changes we made along the way were addressed promptly and well done.
The price for the services was reasonable and clearly laid out in the estimates. The additions and deletions along the way that were also priced fairly.
We're working on scheduling the next phase (patio cover), and I'll update the review then. I would recommend them and will be using them again for future work.
