I called and spoke with the service rep who had someone put the next day. The technician arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the television the same day.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. When he found out her husband was in Iraq and the kids couldn't go outside to play because it was too cold and they were driving my daughter-in-law crazy because they couldn't watch TV or use their Wii games, Joey agreed to come to the house the same day. He correctly diagnosed the problem on the phone and fixed the problem without delay. He also pointed out a few features on the set that were not being used because my daughter-in-law didn't know about them. He was great with the kids who were watching his every move as he fixed the TV. We could not have asked for better, more congenial service, and the fact he went out of his way to come the same day was an absolute bonus! If you have a Mitsubishi TV - especially a big screen that requires a house call, this is the company to call - absolutely!!!
