 + -1 moreI called and spoke with the service rep who had someone put the next day. The technician arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the television the same day.
Description of Work: I needed a bulb replaced.

 + -1 moreThey did an absolutely fantastic job. When he found out her husband was in Iraq and the kids couldn't go outside to play because it was too cold and they were driving my daughter-in-law crazy because they couldn't watch TV or use their Wii games, Joey agreed to come to the house the same day. He correctly diagnosed the problem on the phone and fixed the problem without delay. He also pointed out a few features on the set that were not being used because my daughter-in-law didn't know about them. He was great with the kids who were watching his every move as he fixed the TV. We could not have asked for better, more congenial service, and the fact he went out of his way to come the same day was an absolute bonus! If you have a Mitsubishi TV - especially a big screen that requires a house call, this is the company to call - absolutely!!!
Description of Work: This company repairs mostly Mitsubishi Televisions and the repair was actually done at my daughter-in-laws. My son is serving in the military in Iraq and the TV was the primary entertainment for 3 children, but it began turning itself off for days at a time, and then would come back on. Nothing we tried would get it to work when it "died." Joey with this company knew exactly what was causing the problem and got it back up and running the same day he was called. (I picked up the tab!) And he did it at a fraction of the price that some other "experts" had indicated the repairs would cost (we heard up to $1000!)
