Description of Work: All I can say is, I have been going to City Vet for 12 years and I will continue to use them for their great service. I absolutely think Dr. Farr is great and will follow her wherever she is located. Dr. Farr is always there when I need her and I thoroughly trust her opinion. If you are looking for a great vet, City Vet and Dr. Farr are the best!

Description of Work: We take our cats to City Vet and they do a really good job. I think Dr. Murphy is our main vet, but occasionally he is unavailable. I forget the other woman's name who has taken care of our cat, but they really care about the pets. They don't put them through any unnecessary stress.

 + -1 moreI am very satisfied with City Vet and my wife loves them dearly. They do a very good job with my dog. It is easy to get appointments and the place is well cleaned. The staff is very nice and we just could not be more pleased. Their pricing is fair. The charge for this not only included the check up, but, also the medications he needed and the tests that were ran as well.
Description of Work: I took my little Chihuahua to City Vet to have his annual check up.

 + -1 moreCity Vet's is very expensive but I believe they are worth the price. I have been using them for my cats for three years and they know my cats and what they need. It pleases me they know me when I come in the door they are always courteous.

 + -1 moreThe staff is very caring. They took both my dogs on short notice. They took them for walks, had play time, fed, and watered both of them. Both of the dogs seemed in good spirits when we came to pick them which is sign that they were well taken care of.
Description of Work: My family and I went on a seven day vacation. Since the dogs don't travel long distances very well, I took them to the clinic for boarding for seven days. I have a Boston and a Silky terrier.

 + -1 moreThere have been too many errors at the clinic. I had been with the clinic since they opened but it seems that boarding and selling high end dog dresses has taken precedence over good animal care. I am extremely disappointed with the clinic and finally left after 10 years with the same vet. I do not recommend anyone to use the clinic until they clean up their office procedures, hire more competent staff (to supplement the few left), and to make sure their kennel help is trained correctly.
Description of Work: My cat had emergency surgery on a Friday afternoon. I had to pick her up on Sunday and the kennel staff brought her out without her carrier which I left behind for them. This cat just had surgery on her belly so she didn't need to be squirming around and opening up the incision. This was the final straw. I do not recommend anyone to go there if you love your animals particularly with boarding. Dr. Giannopolis is a great veterinarian but the clinic is entirely too busy to train their staff and give each animal the individualized care as needed. If she was at another clinic, I would still go with her but I simply do not trust the staff who handles the animals when we leave them. The staff is extremely overworked and stressed out and it shows when you walk in the door. I've made appointments at a certain time and have had to wait 2 hours to see the veterinarian.
