Description of Work: Chase was the purchaser's lender. Chase was unable to meet a single closing deadline. The buyer was emailing us to let us know how frustrated they were because we were TWO WEEKS past the original closing date and Chase was still unable to give us a date/time when they would release an "approved" loan to the title company for closing. We will close the Chase checking account we've had for fifteen years to avoid supporting this failing, bureaucratic institution. This bank is so broken, it needs to be shuttered.

CHASE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. WE BASICALLY HAD TO GIVE THEM SOME INFORMATION AND THEN SHOW UP TO SIGN PAPERS. FOLLOW THROUGH WAS GREAT. THEY COMPLETE EVERYTHING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Description of Work: REFINANCED OUR HOME AT A LOWER INTEREST RATE. THEY PREPARED ALL PAPERWORK FOR US TO SIGN.
