CHASE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. WE BASICALLY HAD TO GIVE THEM SOME INFORMATION AND THEN SHOW UP TO SIGN PAPERS. FOLLOW THROUGH WAS GREAT. THEY COMPLETE EVERYTHING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
