Description of Work: I asked him to bid on a addition to my home. He took two full days having contractors come in to my house. Tim is very thorough and very detailed which is excellent. So thorough that he found some things wrong with the plan that I had corrected. Very Quick to return a bid. One problem was He does not like dogs. I have three one a puppy and it was obvious he was not very flexible if they got in the way. His bid was extremely high compared to the other. Ridiculously high.
