Cat Connection and their staff are completely caring and friendly towards my cats. Felines have a different personality type and mine are terrified to be out of the house and they hate getting in to the cat carrier. They especially hate the sound of the blow dryer.
Cat Connection has a unique and less traumatic way of drying the cats after their baths so the kitties leave happier and calmer.
I have tried other groomers closer to my home but the other places have barking dogs and people who aren't 100% focused on my kitties. I drop my cats off knowing they're in great hands and without too many worries. (I'm naturally a worry wart). Cat Connection has great communication skills, they understand people are apprehensive about leaving their pets in someone else's care and they are comforting about it.

I have boarded my cat with Cat Connection several times (a dozen or so) during the last five years. I don't think the cat likes the place, but they seem to take good care of him. The facility is clean and the personnel appear to like cats. I would not hesitate to recommend Cat Connection. I wish I could find a place like this for my wife's dog.

Everyone there is very friendly. I feel like I am leaving my cat with people who will take the time to visit with him and be sure that he is happy. It makes it so much easier to leave town knowing that he is in good hands. The other person who left a report mentioned the cost - Yes, it does cost money to board your cat, but my vet charges the same amount - and when my cat comes to the Cat Connection, he knows he is just there to visit.

MY KITTEN WAS AS HAPPY AS HE COULD BE AWAY FROM HOME. THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH-$17.50 A NIGHT. CARE WAS EXCELLENT.
