I had originally had another company look at my toilet which was leaking and wobbling. I was told that the pipe connecting the toilet to the sewer pipe was damaged and needed replacing. It would have to be jack hammered out and replaced, and then re-cemented into place. The estimate turned out to be $2800+. I checked with Casa View Plumbing and they said they would do the same work for $2500. I decided to retain them. When the tech arrived and inspected the drain, he informed me there was nothing wrong with the drain. He replaced the toilet flange, and wax ring. I also had him rebuild the toilet flush mechanism, as well as replace my lavatory sink drain. The total came to $840. He could have easily done the more expensive job and I'd not have known the difference. With tile replacement, that would have had to be done, he saved me close to $3000. I most definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They are very responsive and are an excellent company. They do great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went fine - they were on time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was a little less than originally quoted (this included the trip charge).  Also has a 90 day warranty.

I had prevously had an Ajax Plumber sent from First American Home Buyers.  He tried cabling the drain in the shower and then determined the problem was with the vent and he needed  to go up on the roof and cable the shower vent.  This was not covered under the First American Home Buyers Warranty.  The price would be $250 which seemed excessive to me.
I then checked Angies list and saw that Casa View Plumbing was rated A on drains with reasonable prices.  When I called, the appointment was scheduled for that afternoon.  When they arrived, I explained was had occurred to that point and it was decided that cabling the roof vent was the way to go.  They quoted a price of $140  honored the $25 coupon I found on line.  for a final price of $115.

I used Casa View plumbing twice in 2 years. The first time, Wyatt, the owner, did the work: fixed faucet leaks, replaced my old gas fireplace pipes, etc. He was very professional, polite and clean. Even showed me how to save money by explaining how to fix a couple leaks myself. The second time, my drain line from the washing machine needed to be unclogged. Two staff plumbers did the work because it had to be cleaned out from the rooftop drain opening. They were also very professional, thorough, and clean. The work was excellent both times. I intend to use them again for some other projects.

I have used casa view plumbing for the past 2 years . I bought an old house and i have needed some plumbing work done. This instance happened to be a clog in the main line. It took wyatt over an hour to unclog it. I called them first thing monday morning and they were able to help me by early afternoon. He showed up when they said he would and he is always so helpful and courteous. I highly reccomend this company.

Our experience was excellent. He was punctual. They gave us a timeframe and he was always within that timeframe. He was friendly and experienced. He explained what needed to be done. He explained the pricing and why it cost what it cost. They put down mats when they needed to. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn't know they had been there when they were gone. They put in a water heater for my mother yesterday and it also went very well.

The plumbers were scheduled to come between 12noon and 5pm on 12/15. I received a call shortly after noon that they were on the way. Jose and Miguel arrived at about 12:30, I showed them the faucet and the access to the crawl space. They were very professional. I was advised when the water was turned off and when it was turned back on. They did a beautiful job, and the charge was $357.00. There was no additional trip charge because I had scheduled this additional work within one week of the first job.

Shortly before noon, the phone rang, and I was told the plumber was on his way. He arrived within a few minutes. I showed him the leak. He told me that he always rebuilds both the cold and the hot faucets at the same time. He quoted a price for that work of $105.00. He went right to work, turned off the water, and had the work completed in slightly more than an hour. He left the tub very clean. I used a coupon, and the total charge for the trip plus the work was $125.00
