I was quoted $875.00 to trim all of my live oaks, remove the leaves in the front/back yard and to paint replace a decorative board on the garage. They did a nice job trimming the front Oak tree but had to quit because of the rain. They returned and removed some of the leaves in the back yard but they limited tree trimming to those branches hitting the house (that is NOT what was discussed).. They only worked a few hours and Carter said he would have to return but asked if I could pay them. I'm an idiot. I trusted the man so I paid the $875. I called Carter back to report that the leaves on the side of the yard weren't even touched and that the back yard trees were not complete. He had rescheduled three times and at our last call he announced that he would not return. No painting, incomplete leaf removal, minimal tree trimming, the debris left for me to dispose of.
Suggest you STAY AWAY from "CARTER QUALITY TREE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE". He also carries cards for 'CARTER'S QUALITY PAINTING SERVICES". I wouldn't know how to review the painting since I was left hanging.
