I had a miserable experience getting scheduled with Sun Painting on a big deal I purchased. I found Joey Stone and Carnival through emailing another Carnival rep. Joey had s crew to my house in 48 hours and completed the work over two days. they matched the paint perfectly and did a ton of scraping and prep work. Not only did they complete the work professionally and timely, even though Joey knew I had paid 1300 for the big deal I never used, he still fairly estimated the work. This showed me he is a man of integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else.

They did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. They also made sure I was satisfied with the job and if I wasn't they would correct any concerns I had. I have used their services in Dallas and they did a great job than too. They take the time to cover all the floors and furniture before stating. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, they did a great job. We have rounded corners and arches, and the lines were very clean and neat everywhere. The paint had great coverage and it was exactly what we wanted.
There were some spots where they had gone back after the first coat had dried, and you could see it, but it didn't bother us enough to ask them to come back and repaint.
I will tell you - we didn't ask about the VOCs in the paint they'd use and the smell was STRONG. The positive was that the work was done in one day, but even with all the windows open that day and that night, I was still worried that we'd get sick while we slept. Do a little research on the paint you ask them to buy, because we were dopes about it and didn't. This was our fault and not Carnival's, but I guess I wish they'd have mentioned it.
Overall, we were very very happy with the work they did for the price they quoted (much lower than the three other companies we had do estimates), and would ask them to do more work in the future.

Joey Stone was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable and very nice to me. The work was done very quickly and they did a great job. It was also very easy to schedule with him, he was very quick to respond and emailed with me whenever needed.

They did a horrible job. I would never use them again, ever again. They were very messy. They were not very detailed painters. They globed the paint on. It was just not professional work at all. I would have expected it from 2 guys off the street who had no painting experience. They were the cheapest and they did get the job done the fastest.

"I believe she this customer has given this response to the wrong contractor. We painted a New house for this client, and the address was (address removed). We were a referral from a friend of hers who we had done multiple A+ jobs for over the course of 2 years. I have emails and statements from the member both in my inbox and on our website stating that we did a fantastic job for them within a short time frame - which helped them to complete their move in date on time. I have contacted the customer and asked her to remove or update this post with the facts - as we have never completed ANY work at the address she has listed on this post. They were great, and I liked them a lot. They provided great customer service and were good to work with. They were very helpful. The job turned out well, and I had no complications with them. I think Steve Long and Joey Stone own different areas, and Joey was the one that I worked with. He was great. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future.

Joey Stone at Carnival was able to stop by the house within 1 day to provide an estimate for nearly a full interior paint job. Carnival was lowest of 3 estimates, in-line with one and half the price of another. We agreed on a start date for the 4 day job and Carnival actually started 2 days early and finished 3 days earlier than estimated. In this case, it rained one day so they were able to move painters from an exterior project to my interior project. They had materials on site early and did a great job of staying on schedule and on budget. Carnival manages resources better than other painters, which is great for any business. We will use them for all our painting in the future.

In a word FANTASTIC.... I have worked with many contractors over the years, and Joey Stone and Carnival would rank right at the top. His pricing is fair, his crew is prompt, professional, polite and do beautiful work. They left the home every night only after they cleaned up and removed al of their work material. Joey and his team helped us turn our new home into our DREAM HOME!

Joey came out to our first appointment on time and was able to give me a very reasonable estimate via e-mail within less than 24hrs. The crew showed up on schedule and finished on schedule. They were very conscious of of neighbors property since they would be using a power sprayer and their cars were close to one area of my home and of course neet and tidy when they left. I would highly recommend Joey and his crew to my friends and family and will plan on using them in the future!!!

We were very happy with the work Richard did - he and his team were punctual, very professional/personal & very friendly with our cats. The work was completed within two days & they were very careful to not get anything on the furniture or carpets. Their work was neat, clean, precise & impeccably done. He pointed out that the previous texturing on our wall was done messily, something we had noted before as well. If we can we'll hire him to redo that!!

Joey gave excellent customer service. His crew was the cleanest crew ever! They were perfectionists and completed the job with minimal input from me or my husband, which says a lot. After our floors had been stained, they came back to touch up all the base boards and any other spots that needed touch up. What an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use Joey again.

They were fantastic. I got bids from 3 different companies and they were all very good in getting the bids back to me in a timely manner. I went with Carnival because they were the lowest bid. They were able to come with a crew and get my house completed in 3 days on the interior and a couple of days on the exteriors. The quality of work was exceptional. It looks really nice. I called them back to do my fence. The crew came on the next day and completed the work in a day. The crew and the foreman were great. I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I have recommended them to my designer and she was pleased too. They cleaned up after themselves. I have a large flat screen TV that is over the top of fireplace in the family room. They have agreed that once the house is sold and we take the TV down they would come back and paint the background. They were outstanding.

From the very beginning, Joey was helpful, professional, and friendly. My husband and I trusted him from the start, and his team did an excellent job that was worth every penny. The cost for all of the work was under-priced from another bid we received, and the results were amazing! When we changed our minds on a paint color that they had already painted the entire living room, they were quick to help us find a new color, select it, and keep working - without complaint! We would recommend them to anyone, and we plan to use them again.
