Dave was great about communicating with us! He showed up on time for the estimate and the first morning of the job (and checked in on the second day as well.) Miguel was also fantastic! They were very easy to work with, clean, and respectful of our property. We will use them again for future projects!

The Carnival Paint team did a thorough job. It was a mess to remove the popcorn, but they cleaned everything up when they were finished. Very polite and helpful. Protective of floors and walls.

I hired carnival custom painting on April 2020 for a siding and exterior painting jobs. Everything went well until I saw the result. They did not care about the details such as removing the nails before painting or filling in the holes, painting straight lines at the sides of the shutters or painting well enough so that the previous color does not show up. I called Mr. Waldren to tell him about my observations and the painters came back and finished the job in two more days. The house looked good when they finished the job but it was very uncomfortable for me to make sure they did the job right. They are professionals so they should know how to satisfy basic expectations. Also, they need to work on cleaning up their work area before leaving because they left pieces of siding and nails.

Dave was conscientious of making sure his two employees had plastic to wall off the area so that when they left it was very clean. They did a good job, especially adding and blending of the popcorn on the ceiling.

I hired the Frisco team for my rental property. My previous experience with Clark Pittman s group was awesome. Unfortunately he no longer handles the area. The new group was horrible. I wish I could post the photos of the paint drips to share. Painted around the paint switches and made a mess when they were there. Stay away from the Frisco team.

Entire house was finished in 2 days and the work has a 3 year warranty

They painted both exterior & inside of house; removed popcorn ceiling & fixed numerous cracks in walls & ceilings. Paint work, inside & out was fine. Crew was friendly & Very efficient team work. Moved furniture as needed; covered floors & furniture with plastic & paper as needed. Cleaned up daily. Paint detailing, straight lines, could have been better but was fixed as needed. Tape & bed work was not the strong point of this crew. Several corners and other walls had mud streaks. Had them fix the worst. Had a punch list of about 20 things that needed completed. I did the easy ones, as their return to fix the list was about 2 weeks after they finished the job. They completed the 6 or 7 harder ones. Borrowed our sweeper for cleanup and got paint on sweeper bag, but they replaced bag. Would hire them again for paint work.

It was a very small pant touch-up project however they approached it professionally and on time.

Simply unbelievable. Quick, honest, home owner attitude/recommendations. Outstanding in every way. Suggested a solution that was a much lower cost than I had anticipated and completed sooner than expected.
