Property Appraisal
I called Carl on a Wednesday and asked Bout getting a limited appraisal. He quoted me $250 and I accepted and told him I'd be in touch with the meeting time and details. I found his e-mail address online and sent him the instructions. He was very punctual, friendly and thorough. He gave me some preliminary market data before leaving after about an hour. He e-mailed me the limited appraisal the next day.
