When I received the bumper cover, the ends were twisted, body was scuffed and deeply scraped.I contacted him immediately and informed him of the problem. He offered first a $50 credit, then $100 credit.I I tried 3 separate professional body shops to see if the part could be salvaged for use and would have utilized the part if possible. I didn't want any money back from him. All three body shops stipulated it was an aftermarket item and was unusable because of its condition. I then contacted the seller and indicated i need to return the item. When I asked him for a return label, he instructed me to go to fed ex and return ship it to his address at 14940 Venture Dr, DALLAS, TX 75234. He agreed in writing that he would reimburse me for the initial cost of part and shipping $380 and credit my paypal account for my total cost to return ship the item, which cost $144. (NOW I KNOW WHY HE DIDNT PROVIDE THE RETURN LABEL) He credited the $380 for the part and delivery, however hid like a coward behind what he thought was an anonymous ebay presence. This guy is a scammer and a thief. If anyone wants additional proof of my accusation, I will provide the email thread outlining all my correspondence with this thief
